Himalayan Kundalini Kriya Yoga is an integrated practice of pranayama (breathwork), kriya (energy work), asana (yoga poses), mantra chanting, meditation, ecstatic dance, partner work and wisdom sharing. Incorporating the science of Hatha and Kriya Yoga and Vinyasa sequencing, each session is a dynamic mind-body experience, as well as a mindful meditative experience.
Himalayan Yoga combines the practices of Bhakti yoga (Devotion/Love), Gyana yoga (Supreme knowledge/Wisdom), Karma yoga (Service/Liberating Action), Raja yoga (Meditation/Silence) and Tantra yoga (Practice). These practices originated over 3,000 years ago with the ancient yogis studying how to shift from mundane states of existence into our true nature as love, joy and bliss.
